The MOA/MOAL series is a tapered optical amplifier that enhances the output of seed lasers while maintaining beam quality and coherence. It supports a wavelength range of 650 to 1080 nm and achieves high output of up to 5W depending on the application. It is compatible with both free-space optics and fiber coupling configurations, allowing for efficient amplification even with low seed inputs of a few mW. Two types are available: MOA (full model) and MOAL (compact model), providing flexible solutions from research facilities to space-constrained systems. It is suitable for applications requiring high-output and high-quality laser light sources, such as quantum optics, atomic physics, precision spectroscopy, and frequency conversion systems.
